Body & Mind

Grounding and Breathing — Bioenergetics

Experiential workshop, Sunday 20 September, 10.00–12.00.

The tension we carry in our shoulders, neck and diaphragm holds a story within it, and can release it. Two hours to rediscover the weight beneath our feet, let our breath expand, and notice the stillness that arises naturally when the body stops holding back.
We do not have a body: we are our body. When we stop commanding it and start listening to it, it begins to speak to us again — and tells us how we really are, before and better than any rational thought.
No experience required: all you need is comfortable clothing and a willingness to listen.

When: Sunday 20 September 2026, from 10.00 to 12.00
Structure of the session (75–90 mins):
body activation (15 mins)
bioenergetic work (50 mins)
final relaxation (15 mins)

Tutor: Daniele Guanazzi, body therapist, facilitator of Bioenergetic Practice groups and BioYoga teacher.
What to bring: just comfortable clothing and a willingness to listen.
Participation fee:
€25 – Members
€35 – Non-members

Participation is limited to a maximum of 16 people. Book online using the form below: your place is reserved for 48 hours; payment is made at Reception.

Open Court Comes to Tennis Club Ambrosiano: Tennis, Music, and Socializing in Milan

Great tennis meets dynamic beats and good vibes on Sunday, September 27, 2026, as Tennis Club Ambrosiano hosts Open Court at its Via Feltre venue. Designed for players who love high-energy game formats and a lively atmosphere, this special afternoon offers competitive action on the court and a festive lounge setting right beside it.

Schedule of Events

The action kicks off at 2:00 PM with a fast-paced lineup built for fun and competition:
2:00 PM | Live Ball Tennis: The afternoon starts with Live Ball, a high-intensity, team-based tennis format. By skipping the traditional serve, points flow continuously to keep reaction times sharp and team energy high.
3:30 PM | 10-Point Tie-Break Tournament: Shift into match play with an adrenaline-fueled tournament format. Fast and exciting, these 10-point tie-break battles mean every single shot counts toward reaching the final.

DJ Sets & Lounge Atmosphere

Providing the soundtrack throughout the afternoon are live DJ sets by Rico Dallas and MAGNVM. Their music will track the action on court while turning the club area into the ideal spot to unwind, network, and enjoy the day with friends.

Il kit del tennista… da mettere in valigia

Le vacanze sono il momento ideale per recuperare, ma non per smettere completamente di muoversi. In valigia, oltre a racchetta e costume, non dovrebbero mancare:

  • un elastico per qualche esercizio di forza e mobilità;
  • un foam roller compatto per il recupero muscolare di quadricipiti, polpacci e posteriori della coscia;
  • una mini-band per l’attivazione di anche e glutei prima di scendere in campo;
  • integratori alimentari della propria routine, per mantenere continuità anche in ferie;
  • scarpe da tennis in buono stato!

Bastano 20-30 minuti di esercizi, 2-3 volte a settimana, per mantenere la forma durante le ferie e ritornare a settembre nelle migliori condizioni, riducendo il rischio di infortuni.
