Data We Collect
Through the contact and registration forms on the site, we collect:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Selected interests/activities (e.g. tennis, padel, classes)
- The origin of your request: the page it was sent from and, if you arrived from an advert or campaign, the related parameters in the web address (e.g. utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, gclid). These parameters are read from the page address at the moment you submit the form, involve no storage on your device, and are used solely to understand which channel your request came from.
Through browsing the site, if you consent via the cookie banner, we also collect:
- Technical cookies (necessary for the site to function, always active)
- Analytics cookies (Google Analytics)
- Profiling and remarketing cookies (Meta Pixel)
- Browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access)
Purposes of Processing
Data collected through contact forms is used to:
- Respond to information requests
- Manage registration and booking requests
- Communicate about Club services
Data collected through cookies, subject to consent, is used to:
- Website usage statistics (Google Analytics)
- Marketing and remarketing activities (Meta Pixel)
- Verifying site ownership with search engines (Google Search Console)

Processing is based on:
- Performance of pre-contractual/contractual measures, for registration and booking requests
- User consent, for analytics and profiling cookies
- Legitimate interest of the Data Controller, for handling contact requests
- Legal obligation, where required by applicable law
Cookies and Consent
The site uses a cookie consent banner. Technical cookies are always active and necessary for the site to function. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and profiling/remarketing cookies (Meta Pixel) are only activated after consent is given via the banner, and can be withdrawn at any time from the site's cookie settings.
The Google Search Console verification tag does not install tracking cookies: it is used solely to verify site ownership with Google.
Third-Party Services
For certain features, the site links to external platforms, each with its own independent privacy policy:
- PerfectGym — membership registration, payments and members' area
- Playtomic — tennis and padel court booking
Data entered on these platforms is processed directly by their respective data controllers, in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Data Retention
Data is retained for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless longer retention periods are required by law.
Your Rights
At any time, you may:
- Request access, rectification or deletion of your data
- Request restriction of, or object to, processing
- Withdraw consent given, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal
- Lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali)
