A structured
method.
TCA's competitive programme is developed by the coaches of the Vavassori Tennis Academy and is dedicated to athletes who want to approach competitive tennis with a structured working method.
Training programme
The programme is built on training that integrates tactical, technical, athletic and mental preparation, alongside competition planning and technical support during matches. The work is organised to ensure continuity in training and guide athletes through their sporting development.
Training objectives
Training sessions are designed to develop the ability to read the game, make effective decisions on court and consolidate technical skills. Athletic and mental preparation complete the pathway, helping to improve physical condition, match management and consistency of performance.
The goal is to create a serious and stimulating working environment, where athletes can grow through daily commitment, developing a competitive mindset, autonomy and values such as respect, discipline and sportsmanship.
